A name or case number entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside company that operates it. That provider processes the query and supplies its response. Dale County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.

An email may be kept long enough to review and answer it. Messages remain within the operating team unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
